Project of a single-family house with an area of 140 m2, realized in the picturesque scenery of Masuria. Timber Frame Technology – Modern Structural Solutions The utilization of timber frame technology allowed us to achieve precision and flexibility in construction. The insulating properties of this approach ensure energy efficiency, translating into a sustainable and comfortable living standard. Larch Facade – Aesthetic Appeal and Durability The house's facade is crafted from larch, imparting both elegance and longevity. Larch, renowned for its aesthetic qualities, also boasts resilience against varying weather conditions. Living Space Designed for Comfort The design encompasses three bedrooms, creating a space tailored to the needs of the entire family. Additionally, two terraces – one concealed within the roof – offer intimate outdoor relaxation areas. Canopy Between the Garage and Living Quarters – Practicality and Elegance The inclusion of a canopy passage in the design embodies a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetics. This transition area seamlessly connects the garage to the living space, forming an elegant and practical zone. Mazurian Location – Inspiration for the Project This project was realized in the picturesque setting of Węgorzewo in the Mazurian region. Situated away from the hustle and bustle of urban life, this locale provides ample inspiration from nature, enabling the creation of a home integrated with the charms of the surrounding landscape. This project stands as a testament to the collaborative efforts of our experienced team of architects, committed to crafting harmonious and functional living spaces. --
