Homestead in Przytuły: Masurian Serenity Within ReachLocation: Przytuły, Poland, 2024

The house blends harmoniously into the picturesque Masurian landscape, combining traditional character with modern design through the use of natural materials such as wood and brick, along with a minimalist form that highlights the beauty of the surrounding nature. We present a single-family house project in a homestead layout, ideal for those who appreciate peace and living in harmony with nature.

Craftsmanship of Tradition and Modernity:This project stands out by combining Masurian style with modern architectural solutions. The use of wood, brick, and minimalist design gives the building a unique character, creating a space perfectly suited to the rural landscape.

Functionality and Comfort:The house consists of two structures connected by a glazed link, ensuring a functional division of space into living and private zones.

  • Living Zone: A spacious living room connected to the kitchen and dining area serves as the heart of the home. Large windows provide panoramic views of the surroundings, bringing in abundant natural light and allowing residents to enjoy the beauty of the landscape.
  • Private Zone: The design includes four comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a walk-in wardrobe. Each bedroom has its own unique character, offering a space for relaxation and rest.

Glazed Link:This feature not only connects the two structures but also serves as an additional space that can function as a winter garden or relaxation area. The glazing ensures constant contact with the surrounding nature and provides optimal light and airflow.

Utility Building:An integral part of the project is a utility building, perfect for storing tools, bicycles, or other equipment. It can also serve as a workshop or studio. The connection to the house via the glazed link ensures convenient access regardless of the weather.

Eco-Friendly Solutions:The project incorporates natural materials such as wood, stone, and brick, which are durable, aesthetically pleasing, and environmentally friendly. The building is energy-efficient, thanks to modern windows, doors, and an effective heating system.
