The starting point for the design of the house in Ulinia was the arched roof, which from the very beginning served as the investors’ main inspiration. Other guidelines for the project included: a small yet functional and comfortable space, a simple and readable form that remains distinctive, and an interior that opens up to its surroundings and the view through the use of large glazing.

The houses in Ulinia are compact but highly functional recreational cottages set on a rectangular plan, distinguished by their original appearance. The building form is simple and clear, while the subtle arched roof gives it a unique character. The wooden exterior finish emphasizes the natural setting in which the houses are located.

With a floor area of 45 m², the cottages offer an ideal place for rest and relaxation. Each house features a living room with a kitchenette, an entrance hall, a bathroom, and a bedroom. The living room with a kitchenette is bright and spacious thanks to large windows that allow plenty of natural light to enter. The interior is finished in a light, natural color palette, enriched with wood and stone, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

The houses in Ulinia are designed for those who wish to escape the bustle of the city and immerse themselves in the peaceful ambiance of nature. The name of the complex reflects the harmony between the architecture and its natural surroundings. The houses in Ulinia are not just buildings but a lifestyle that blends functionality with aesthetics.
